A HISTORY LESSON – PART ONE

I have the sad task presently, to audit all our legacy films in our Clips 4 Sale stores to assess compliance with content rules which, we believed, were not to be retroactively applied. What you cannot depict or discuss in films has changed significantly over the 16-some years we’ve had our stores, all at the insistence of Visa and Mastercard, who are too big and essential to say “NO” to, even for a relatively large operation like Clips 4 Sale.

We have a longstanding, great relationship with Clips 4 Sale. This is not their fault. They have gone out of their way to help us producers, recruiting and training extra staff and developing new back-end tools to ease the painful process of self-auditing hundreds of clips, flagging many for deletion.

We have perhaps 75 or so films which will disappear from our Clips 4 Sale stores within the next two weeks, mostly from Northern Spanking Classic. I strongly suggest you waste no time and go see if there’s anything you want or need for your collection before its gone!

This is our history, our first and early productions that made Northern Spanking what it has come to be. It’s very sad that no one can will be able to see these films any longer, whether for the first time or as a long-cherished and returned-to favorite.

I’m not going to provide a long list of titles; its basically the bottom of the list when ordered by date. What I am going to do, is take a break and celebrate some of our very early performers and their films, which the audit process has re-introduced me to. Hands-up at the back if you remember Caroline Page? What about Kate James? Or Morgan Taylor? If you do, you’d better make some cocoa, put your feet up and follow me on a trip down memory lane…

One of our very first models, Morgan was a good friend from the West of Scotland spanking scene and lived close to Lucy and I in Glasgow. She was a much-admired regular spankee at the hands-on spanking parties we ran back then. She made many films with us and I’ve highlighted a few stand-outs here.

Stephen and Morgan have been dating for a year. They have plans for dinner one evening and Stephen comes to collect her, finding her in her bedroom and still not ready to go out having finished her shift late at the hospital. As she gets organised, he does a bit of snooping while he waits and makes an astonishing discovery which not only changes their evening and their relationship, but also their lives.

I know Morgan is missing her trousers, and she’s wearing hold-ups. It’s what I wished nurses dressed like, OK?! I realized I had a website and I could make it happen, so I did!

Morgan is a spoiled rich bitch who consistently rides her horse through the neighboring farm. With a sense of entitlement and little regard for anyone else in the village, this snotty madam is in for the shock of her life when the farmer turn up in her stable. Morgan has just ridden her horse through his freshly sown fields and he is mad. Time someone took this uppity bitch down a peg or two!

This was Stephen Lewis’ first ever photoshoot, and this particular film was the first of the day, so THIS is where the legend began! He prepared, so he told me, by 1) borrowing the beanie hat from his mate in the pub, and 2) naming himself after the actor who played Blakey in the 1960’s/70’s British sitcom, “On The Buses“. Sound decision-making skills there then!

A BIG DOG DID IT AND RAN AWAY

Laura has not yet returned a signed copy of her school report to the school. It has been more than three weeks since it was issued, and when the school call home, Morgan is surprised to hear about the report as she was not aware that it had been issued. The trouble has only just begun for Laura as her mother receives a faxed copy of the report. The combination of lying and shocking grades leaves Morgan with very little choice but to reprimand her daughter with a very sore bottom indeed.

Morgan was a superb top and excellent with a cane, as evidenced by the pretty stripes on Laura Adams’ bottom.

BEAT THY NEIGHBOUR

Morgan and her neighbour, Laura are often at loggerheads and in competition with one another. Who can outdo the other is usually the order of the day whenever they get together for coffee. This time, however they take things a bit far after a discussion over who has the more fulfilling sex-life results in a competition to see who can take (and deliver) the hardest corporal punishment.

With Laura again, in a story I think we made up on the spot!

TALES OF THE SLIPPER

A series of four films exploring the one element of corporal punishment that survived the ending of the practice in UK state schools in the early 1980s: The Slipper! It was always common knowledge, although rarely talked about, that PE Mistresses (and Masters!), kept a slipper for on-the-spot motivation or punishment during PE classes, or sometimes afterwards in the changing room. The slipper itself was a plimsoll or gym shoe, almost always a large, gents example for maximum effectiveness and coverage.

Warning: This film may evoke painful memories for viewers of a certain vintage!

Schoolgirl April May is the first to have the seat of her bottle green PE Knickers warmed by Miss Reynolds’ slipper. Panties were required to be worn beneath the PE Knickers, and both soon come down for April’s punishment to continue upon her bare bottom.

Miss Reynolds next has to punish Mia Collins, another lazy and recalcitrant schoolgirl, dressed for punishment in her PE Kit. Blue PE Knickers this time, just for variety!

Next to be punished in the changing room is Amy Cawcliffe. The PE Mistress this time is the busy, sexy and devastatingly effective Miss Jadie Reece.

Here we see the slipper in the hand of the Games Mistress, Jadie Reece applied to the deserving bottom of Amy Cawcliffe.

Finally, we see the battle of the PE Mistresses! Zabrina has been caught cheating in an inter-schools cross country race…by the PE Mistress of the opposing team. Cornered in the changing room by a furious Miss Reece, Zabrina soon finds herself bent over having her bottom smacked. Miss Reynolds, Zabrina’s PE Mistress, attempts to defend her girl, only to inflame Miss Reece’s temper and soon Miss Reynolds is in Zabrina’s place, having her bottom smacked like a naughty girl, Miss Reece having ripped off her knickers! (NB. There’s actually no slipper in this short but devastating conclusion to the series!)

All these films are something of a tribute to British spanking magazines of the 1980’s. Imagery that I grew up with and heavily shaped what I like to see and to create. We had such fun making these films over a weekend in a rambling old house in Derbyshire We hope you enjoy them.

SCHOOLGIRL CANING EXPERIENCE

Thrill-seeker Harley has her attention grabbed by an ad in a magazine, promising an authentic schoolgirl caning experience. Never having suffered corporal punishment in her life but forever fascinated by stories of English schoolgirls getting the cane on their bottoms, a mix of terror and something else just as primal fills Harley as she completes the checklist with the kind Englishman in his waiting room. Given a school uniform, authentic right down to white cotton knickers, she is now past the point of no return. Nothing in Harley’s fantasies quite prepares her for both the transformation in the nice Englishman and the total burning fire he will light on her bottom this afternoon.

LUCI’S HUGE PROBLEM

In this taboo film, school girl Luci Lovett was minding her own business when she got an email from her school’s volley ball coach. Luci should not be looking at such things! High school student Dorothy invited her classmate, Bambi over after school to pose for photographs that Dorothy was taking for her school art project. The pictures start out very tame, but once Dorothy suggests that her theme is “rebellious school girl” things begin to get a little more heated. When she tells her friend that she wants to take some more risqué pictures for her “personal portfolio”, the art project turns into a cute and flirty school girl strip tease, as Dorothy casually suggests that Bambi should undress to her white training bra and panties, and then ends with her fully nude except for her school tie.

It’s unfortunate for the two girls that it is while they’re in this state that Dorothy’s grown up step-sister, Alex, gets home. She is not pleased to see a naked school girl in her living room, especially not being photographed by her little step-sister! Dorothy’s pleas that it’s “for art!” fall on deaf ears, and Alex decides that both girls need to be punished. First, she takes Dorothy over her lap for a spanking while Bambi, still totally undressed, watches nervously. Then, it’s Bambi’s turn. She is spanked in the nude while Dorothy watches very carefully. Alex doesn’t stop after spanking both girls, though. CASEY’S THERMOMETER PUNISHMENT

Strict step-mom Alex Reynolds had to pick her Casey Calvert, up from school because she claimed that she was sick. It was coincidentally on the day of a big exam that Alex suspected Casey was under-prepared for. Alex is soon back to continue Casey’s discipline. She’s brought a bigger, modern thermometer to “double-check” Casey’s temperature. It still shows that she was lying, so it is time for another bare bottom spanking with the thermometer in her bottom.

At Summer Camp, Alex, Cherry and Maddy have made a huge mistake. Leaving the campus without telling anybody where they were going (not allowed), then bringing back strong fermented beverages (VERY not allowed!). They are of course swiftly detected by the deceptively kindly Camp Director.

Pleading with Director Kennedy not to be sent home, he suggests a shocking alternative… corporal punishment! The girls discuss this option in the restroom. Maddy has never been spanked and doesn’t want to be. Punishment in this way is not new to Alex and is a regular consequence of Cherry’s misbehavior at home. The consensus is that they will a) accept Director Kennedy’s offer, b) enjoy the remainder of the summer at the camp, (observing the rules closely!) and c) not have to be sent home with painful consequences for Cherry and Alex.

The girls were supposed to call and get picked up but instead decided to walk home through a dangerous neighborhood. Ginger knows very well what happens to her when she is disobedient and careless with her own safety, she gets a trip across Paul’s lap. And that is exactly what happens, right there in front of her best friend and her husband, James.

Not satisfied that his wayward wife has learned her lesson from a spanking, Paul takes his belt off to give Ginger a well-deserved leathering.

Nurse Pandora Blake Spanked and Strapped

Today’s update comes from Dreams of Spanking, the gorgeous and innovative site created and produced by Pandora Blake. We’re checking out a scene called “Treated for Addiction” which stars Pandora herself as the spankee, being topped by switch performer Mike Pain. This scene follows the story of a previous F/M update in which Pandora offers Mike a spanking as a form of therapy. This time, the tables have been turned and it’s now Pandora’s turn to feel the therapeutic effects of the strap.

Dreams of Spanking describes the scene like this:

About to be discharged, Mike Pain, who has been in the clinic to receive a groundbreaking new “percussive therapy” for depression, reveals that he is not a patient at all, but has secretly been sent as an inspector from the Health Commission. Nurse Pandora Blake is embarrassed, but at least he is impressed with the clinic and intends to give a glowing report. There’s only one problem: Mike spotted Pandora smoking a cigarette on the hospital grounds, where smoking is explicitly not permitted. It’s just the sort of infraction that he should include in his report – and if he does, it will be the only black mark against the hospital.

Nurse Pandora is mortified, and desperate not to damage the clinic’s reputation. Mike offers her a solution. He has been so struck by the new treatment being offered (as it were) that he is fully convinced of its effectiveness. The “Russian treatment” has been used to cure depression – and it has also gained many positive results in cases of addiction. He has of course been trained in administering the therapy, and he offers Pandora an off-the-books therapeutic session to treat her smoking addiction. If he has taken action to make sure that it doesn’t happen again, he will be able to justify leaving it out of his report, and giving the hospital an unblemished rating.

Pandora doesn’t have much choice, although the whole thing is terribly embarrassing. Mike prefers to administer the treatment in an over the knee position, and he guides Pandora over his lap, lifting her nurse uniform and applying firm hand spanks to her bare bottom without delay. Pandora is shocked at how much it stings – but she tries to remain professional and take her punishment bravely as Mike’s hand reddens her bottom. Once her whole bottom is pink and warm, Mike decides to escalate to the second round of treatment there and then, just to make sure the lesson sinks home: the leather strap. Nurse Pandora gets into position, and Mike applies thirty blistering strokes – enough to give her a change of heart, and put her off the idea of smoking forever.

There’s a lot to love about this scene. I don’t think it’s much of a secret that I’m personally a huge fan of Pandora as a spankee– I love her in every role, but I will never get enough of seeing her curvy bottom punished. The traditional English nurse’s uniform looks wonderful on her, especially when paired with stockings and suspenders. Pandora always wears lovely heels, as well, which make her legs look even more appealing.

There’s also the fact that, when paired with the previous part of the story, this is a switch scene. We’ve been used to the idea of scenes that develop in the you-spank-me-I-spank-you pattern for almost as long as spanking videos have existed. But these scenes tend to be exclusively F/F. One of the unique things about Dreams of Spanking is the fact that it features every gender pairing, which allows for this sort of F/M to M/F switch to occur. This makes the scene much more refreshing than it would have been if this same trade off had occurred between two female players.

Pandora takes 30 hard strokes with the strap after a thorough hand spanking on her bare bottom, intended to encourage her to quit smoking. This is something that some viewers might relate to, as smoking cessation seems to be a popular reason for real discipline spankings both in professional sessions and domestic discipline relationships.

Dreams of Spanking is currently in a precarious situation– it’s the only UK based site that is legally producing spanking videos at the moment, having won their appeal against ATVOD’s censorship. The victory has been short lived, though, as the upcoming Digital Economy Bill threatens to put harsher rules on what can and cannot be produced and viewed in the UK. Mike Pain is a performer I’ve only ever seen on Dreams of Spanking, where he appears as both a Top and a bottom. Princess Kelley May Spanks Ava Nicole

Back with another new film from Northern Spanking! This is called “Taking Sides”. In this family spanking drama, (Princess) Kelley May plays Ava Nicole’s stepmother. Kelley may be a young and glamorous stepmom, but that doesn’t mean that she isn’t in charge of her house, including her stepdaughters. High school-aged Ava feels that she doesn’t have to respect the fact that she’s been grounded and tries to sneak out to go on a date with a boy, on the night when her college aged sister, played by Alex Reynolds (oh, that’s me) is coming to visit for a family supper. Let’s fast forward and see how that worked out or Ava:

“Kelley is surprised to see her stepdaughter, Ava come out of her room and head towards the door. She is supposed to be grounded, and they are having a family dinner tonight! Her older sister, Alex, is coming home from college to visit, so Kelley tells Ava that she is absolutely not to go out. And what is she wearing? A girl her age should not be going out dressed in fishnet stockings and high heels!

Ava argues with Kelley, telling her that she can do as she pleases and taking an attitude. In the middle of this, Alex arrives home and is unimpressed with the way that Ava is talking to their stepmother, and tells them that if she had talked to either of her parents that way she would have been soundly spanked.

Kelley thinks this sounds like an effective solution to Ava’s multitude of behavioral issues, so Alex sends Ava off in search of the hairbrush. Ava is very frustrated that her sister does not take her side in this situation, but Alex does her best to explain that Kelley is in the right and Ava needs to be behaving better.

So, while her sister watches, Ava gets spanked: for trying to sneak out while grounded, for going on a date wearing inappropriate clothing and for her terrible attitude. Fortunately, after being soundly punished with hand and hairbrush, Ava seems to learn a lesson.

Step mom Kelley is not impressed

Ava fails to see what the big deal is. It’s just an outfit, ugh!

Ava plays the bratty teen character well, rolling her eyes and even pulling out the “you’re not my real mom!” line. As cute as Ava looks in her “date outfit” (which looks like she just decided to wear stripper stockings with a normal going-out look for a girl her age) it’s not hard to see why Kelley is exasperated with her. When her sister shows up, Ava is convinced that she’s going to take her side and help get her off the hook, but unfortunately for Ava, that’s not what happened. I’ve had a busy couple of weeks, so I haven’t had as much of a chance to keep up with the recent activities in the wonderful world of spanking as I would have liked to. I did, however, get to see the most recent update on Northern Spanking, since I helped in its preparation.
